Brand Management

Your role in Corporate Real Estate will make you responsible for millions of square feet that house our remarkable talent and technology. Global Security

Additionally, you'll contribute to overall Company efficiency through cost and negotiation management, procuring everything from marketing, advertising, and media services to post-production services, construction, costuming, DVD packaging, and furnishings for our hotels and theme parks.

Your responsibilities might include:

  • Preparing and executing negotiations following the established Strategic Sourcing methodology
  • Coordinating Strategic Sourcing initiatives that consider all business drivers and their impact on operations, customers, and competitors
  • Tracking cost savings, spending compliance and variances, and preparing reports on those efforts for senior management
  • Developing sourcing forecasts and budgets for segment business units
  • Identifying and leading efforts with departments to reduce cycle times, improve customer service, and reduce total costs
  • Executing balanced supplier selection metrics that extend beyond purchase price
