Sourcing & Procurement

As part of Disney's Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team, you will work with Disney businesses across the globe to negotiate and deliver the best value to the organization.

You'll locate and contract with companies of all sizes to find suppliers for a specific division or our entire enterprise. You'll also leverage Disney's size and scale to ensure that our diverse supply chains produce the highest quality and responsiveness for stakeholder value and efficiency.

Additionally, you'll contribute to overall Company efficiency through cost and negotiation management, procuring everything from marketing, advertising, and media services to post-production services, construction, costuming, DVD packaging and furnishings for our hotels and theme parks.

Your responsibilities might include:

Preparing and executing negotiations following the established Strategic Sourcing methodology
Coordinating Strategic Sourcing initiatives that consider all business drivers and their impact on operations, customers, and competitors
Tracking cost savings, spending compliance and variances, and preparing reports on those efforts for senior management
Developing sourcing forecasts and budgets for segment business units
Identifying and leading efforts with departments to reduce cycle times, improve customer service and reduce total costs
Executing balanced supplier selection metrics that extend beyond purchase price
